THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ANGRY MIKE'S

1.  Your first class is always FREE, so come check us out when you can!

2.  If you are new to CrossFit, our gym, or the movements we do, please know that rather than holding a "beginners" class, we onboard all new members through our current classes.  CrossFit is universally scalable to fit all fitness levels, and the coach is there to recommend appropriate movements for each athlete.

3. Each 1-hour class consists of a coach-led warm up, a strength section directed by the coach where each member lifts weight appropriate to him or her, and finally a workout of the day, during which athletes will complete a version of the workout appropriate for their fitness levels.
