Class Run Time: 40-45 minutes
Our Kids classes will focus on the building blocks of athleticism! The classes will accomodate kids from 5 years old through 12 years old. The classes will focus primarily on movements required to build a strong athletic foundation, which can be applied to, and compliment any sport in which all kids play growing up. Kids will learn the benefits of gymnastics, and weight training at an early age which will accelerate their athletic abilities as they grow and move into more focused and sport specific training.
