These classes are designed to help you specifically improve your Olympic Lifts.  Each class rotates focus on one of the 3 major lifts.  You can expect guidance on how to properly move, think about, and evaluate each lift.  There are no 3 greater expressions of POWER from the human body, than from the SNATCH, CLEAN, and JERK!

We breakdown each lift and incorporate accessories that will help you gain the knowledge and independence that every lifter requires to improve their own proficiency with Olympic Weightlifting.
